Competing interests statement

I work as a freelance trainer, writer and consultant for a variety of organizations including drug companies, medical communication companies, publishers, universities and non-profit organizations. The nature of my job means that I work for many different organizations and my client list changes from month to month. I am a Visiting Fellow at the UK Cochrane Centre, but this position is unpaid. I am the Chair of the Committee On Publication Ethics (a voluntary position for which I receive expenses).
