Karim Khan - Canada

Karim Khan, MBBS, PhD, FACSP is the editor of the British Journal of Sports Medicine and an Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He holds academic appointments in the Departments of Family Practice (primary appointment) as well as the Faculty of Education and the Departments of Orthopaedics and Physical Therapy. His research, carried out at the Centre for Hip Health and Musculoskeletal Research (Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute), focuses on tendon pathogenesis and the promotion of physical activity to improve bone health and prevent falls.
